Absolutely not. That's one of the great things about online Forex. It allows people to trade for themselves. If brokers are so knowledgeable why don't they invest their own money and make a fortune?
I would also advice against hiring a broker. Better take your time and learn the ins and outs of trading, and you will have saved yourself a lot of money spent on some broker.
